Louise Opprud is a futurist and the Founder of the Work Life Lab. She spent the last 12 years interviewing and visiting more than 500 key profiles at Pixar, X at Google, LEGO Ventures, Stanford University, Airbnb, NASA, and many more to get deep insights into new ways of working and research-based strategies for original thinking and creative performance. Today she runs programs for companies about redesigning work to be sustainable and fit the future demands of learning, diversity, innovation and creativity. Her tool platform, the Work Life Lab launches later in 2023. She has spoken for more than 50,000 people in Scandinavia, Europe, UAE and the US and has a wide range of customers like LEGO, MBR Space Center (UAE), Government of Dubai, Google, Novo Nordisk, Hyper Island, VEGA, Bacon Production, Angostura, BMW and many more. And her work keep raising questions like: How do we design our work life to be in sync with our brains' way of performing to foster our best performance and brilliance? What has your happiness to do with a 300% boost in innovation? How is your creativity impacted by your circadian rhythm? How can we create sustainable and meaningful working lives? How do we build creativity, innovation and learning into our daily routines?
