Joshua Singer

Joshua has 24 years of experience as a marine structural engineer and port planner.  He specializes in planning, building logistics models and performing the detailed design for ports to support both the floating and fixed bottom OSW as well as the onshore wind market. He currently leads Moffatt & Nichol’s Global Wind Port Group which is currently working on projects in the US, Europe, Australia and South America. Based on this work he has industry leading knowledge of wind port requirements and how to retrofit existing or create new port facilities to support offshore and onshore wind activities.
