Henrik Sollien Ramberg

Henrik Ramberg is a Technology Advisor at Equinor, working with cyber security in renewable energy, with a focus on offshore wind. He holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Sunderland.

He has worked in cyber security since 2002, starting at Norman Antivirus and later as a consultant at Cap Gemini, before joining Equinor’s Cyber Defense Centre (CDC).

He has extensive experience from Dogger Bank Wind Farm, working with NIS regulation and the transition to Operator of Essential Services (OES). In his current role, he supports secure digitalisation across the offshore wind value chain, addressing risks linked to increasing system integration, supply chain complexity, and convergence of IT and OT.
