Eli Wærum Rognerud

Eli Wærum Rognerud is responsible for strategy and partnerships at Norwegian Offshore Wind. She was previously Managing Director at RES Renewables, the world’s largest independent renewable developer and partner in the Siravind consortium competing for UtsiraNord. She has also led Innovation Norway’s department for strategic export priorities including offshore wind and has held several international positions including as head of export for Innovation Norway France, with the Norwegian Ministry of Energy, the Office of the Auditor General and at the UN.
